One series, four countries: a first for Tanzanian production

In 2024 Gabz Media became the only Tanzanian company to produce a series across Tanzania, Kenya, the Comoros Islands and Spain, aired on Azam TV.

In 2024 Gabz Media did something no other Tanzanian production company has done: we produced a single series across four countries, Tanzania, Kenya, the Comoros Islands and Spain. The series aired on Azam TV.

Why it matters

Shooting across borders tests every part of a production, from planning and logistics to keeping a consistent look and story from one location to the next. Delivering a broadcast series under those conditions shows how far Tanzanian production can travel.

With a foundation built on resilience, creativity and professionalism, Gabz Media continues to evolve as a trusted name in media production in Tanzania.

The same year on screen

2024 also saw the release of our series Bakora and Mawio, followed in 2025 by the series Baraluko and the podcast and talk show Koma.
